It has to be implemented for all moduls of OOo. I changed it to drawing, because it is a more general graphic issue. But this needs to be decided and implemented for the whole office (Backround of pages and texts, fillings for draw objects, etc.), I cannot decide and implement that for the chart only, so please take over.
