AW: Checked in m37, can reproduce. Checked in CWS aw059 (since i reworked some
of the interactions), and it's the same there. Need to take a look. Adding to
CWS aw061.

AW: Happens because of fix #i77187# in SdrDragView::BegDragObj which now
abandons drag if object is move or resize protected. And indeed, connectors are
move protected (!) which i did not know and never would have thought. Move
protection happens in SdrEditView::CheckPossibilities() where at the end there
IS special (and very old code) which forces MoveProtection for connected
connectors!
I now have to speculate why this was ever added (and what happens when removing
it). Move protection and it's implementation is wildly coupled to model
modifications, so there never was a way to differentiate between interactive and
API changes (e.g.), so the most probable reason this was done is to prevent
change e.g. when change is over dialog.

AW: Currently i cannot safely identify why this was done, so i will have to
extend #i77187# to use the old behaviour when a connector is selected. This is
safe, but only a workaround. This task is one more reason why a rework of
interactions as controllers (in a Model/View/Controller world) is urgently
needed.
Adding fallback change and checking...

Create a new Draw document.
Draw two shapes, for example rectangles.
Draw a connector without contact to the shapes.
Drag one endpoint of the connector to one shapes' gluepoint.
Now drag the other endpoint to the other shape.
Notice, that you cannot drag or move the connector anymore.

That works correctly in OOo3.0, but is broken in my self build m36 and it is
broken in OOoDEVm37.
