When SYSTEM_CURL is set to 'YES' no references to the curl library are made in
scp2. Configure sets this environment variable and a short test showed no error.

AFAIK, the current handling for --system-* is that we don't pack these
components at all. so there might be some ifdef needed in scp2 to reflect the
--system-curl switch...

to be more explicit: --system-something currently means use 'something' from
the system at buildtime _and_ runtime.
changing the meaning of these switche would have quite some impact!
IMHO, the suggested handling doesn't make sense...

to be more explicit: --system-something currently means use 'something' from

In that case instsetoo_native should not bother at all about packing libcurl,
right? After all, finding libcurl is an issue of the target system were OOo is
deployed then (at runtime, not at buildtime/packaging).

Steps to Reproduce:
- Build OOo with ./configure --with-system-curl on a system with a recent
implementation of curl (7.19.4 in my case)
- configure finds curl and is happy with it
- build OOo

Expected behavior:
- instsetoo_native packs the libcurl that configure found

Actual behavior:
- inststetoo_native looks specifically for libcurl.so.3.0.0 and fails
