When we help a company to migrate to OOo, we have to teach them how to live with both OOo and MSO on the same machine. So using "Open With..." is a required skill. But it's stupid to have to teach them to select (scary) "scalc.exe" instead of "OpenOffice.org Calc" which is more obvious. We may not have to teach everyone about the OOo program name if they're displayed in the obvious way. So please fix this issue to ease OOo migration. It's too important to WONTFIX. This value can either be a string hardcoded into the installation routine for each language or could be a part of a resources dll.
