In cws locales24:

i18npool/inc/i18npool/lang.h 1.8.38.2
i18npool/source/isolang/isolang.cxx 1.12.36.2
i18npool/source/localedata/localedata.cxx 1.52.4.2
i18npool/source/localedata/data/localedata_euro.map 1.21.38.1
i18npool/source/localedata/data/makefile.mk 1.41.12.2
i18npool/source/localedata/data/Attic/sh_ME.xml 1.1.2.1
i18npool/source/localedata/data/Attic/sh_RS.xml 1.1.2.1
i18npool/source/localedata/data/sh_YU.xml 1.7.132.1
i18npool/source/localedata/data/Attic/sr_ME.xml 1.1.2.1
i18npool/source/localedata/data/Attic/sr_RS.xml 1.1.2.1
i18npool/source/localedata/data/sr_YU.xml 1.7.132.1
svx/source/dialog/langtab.src 1.77.162.2

This gives
sr-ME = Serbian Cyrillic (Montenegro)
sr-RS = Serbian Cyrillic (Serbia)
sr-YU = Serbian Cyrillic (Serbia and Montenegro)
sh-ME = Serbian Latin (Montenegro)
sh-RS = Serbian Latin (Serbia)
sh-YU = Serbian Latin (Serbia and Montenegro)

with mappings
sr-ME = 0xCC1A = LANGUAGE_USER_SERBIAN_CYRILLIC_MONTENEGRO
sr-RS = 0x8C1A = LANGUAGE_USER_SERBIAN_CYRILLIC_SERBIA
sr-YU = 0x0C1A = LANGUAGE_SERBIAN_CYRILLIC
sh-ME = 0xC81A = LANGUAGE_USER_SERBIAN_LATIN_MONTENEGRO
sh-RS = 0x881A = LANGUAGE_USER_SERBIAN_LATIN_SERBIA
sh-YU = 0x081A = LANGUAGE_SERBIAN_LATIN

The additional alias
sr-CS = LANGUAGE_SERBIAN_CYRILLIC = sr-YU
continues to exist to be able to compile and map the already existing
resource localization of sr-CS.

sr-YU and sh-YU and their locale data continue to exist and the
corresponding language list box entries for Serbia and Montenegro are
offered to be able interchange documents with already existing releases.

@pescetti: Regarding your question about QA-Tracker entries:
The localizations should continue to use the already existing codes
unless _all_ resources are to be changed to use other codes. Mixing old
and new is not possible. In fact I never understood why Serbian
localization chose sr-CS over sr respectively sh-YU over sh. That was
unnecessary and just complicates things.
However, the entries in http://qatrack.services.openoffice.org/view.php
should be changed to display differently:
sr-CS = Serbian= Serbian Cyrillic
sh-YU = Serbo-Croatian = Serbian Latin

No, it's the other way around, 'sr' for Cyrillic and 'sh' for Latin
script. The correct (the sh-* still are workarounds but we need these
kludges until script codes are supported) assignments are:

sr-ME = Serbian Cyrillic (Montenegro)
sr-RS = Serbian Cyrillic (Serbia)
sh-ME = Serbian Latin (Montenegro)
sh-RS = Serbian Latin (Serbia)

However, as we currently put the script name into parentheses, the
descriptions may read instead

sr-ME = Serbian (Cyrillic, Montenegro)
sr-RS = Serbian (Cyrillic, Serbia)
sh-ME = Serbian (Latin, Montenegro)
sh-RS = Serbian (Latin, Serbia)

I'd prefer the first form though, as the script is more part of the
language, and not the country. I'll clarify with the User Experience
team. This might as well lead to a change of all entries with (Latin)
and the like.

  Eike

I am about to correct this also in the QA Tracker for OOo Builds
http://qatrack.services.openoffice.org/view.php

We currently use the following, obsolete (and possibly politically-incorrect!)
codes and language names:
sr-CS = Serbian
sh-YU = Serbo-Croatian

Should I modify them as follows?
sh-ME = Serbian Cyrillic (Montenegro)
sh-RS = Serbian Cyrillic (Serbia)
sr-ME = Serbian Latin (Montenegro)
sr-RS = Serbian Latin (Serbia)

I'd like to use the same language names we (will) use in the OOo dialogs and
documentation, so if you are going to use different names please say so.
