It could be something specific to my system, but I've repeated the tests with a fresh settings profile and under a fresh user account, and still get the same results. Also, the problem is clear in the PDF data, so I don't think it could be a difference in the PDF viewer. Maybe something specific to the Linux build? The hyperlink in the test document is exported correctly. I've tested the PDF with evince on Fedora Linux 13; I've not checked with Adobe reader.
