On my WXP system, using Firefox 2, I saved a web page as Web page complete.
Firefox displays it locally, just fine.
When I right-click the Quickstarter icon, select open document, and try to
open the .htm file, Writer/Web paints the screen, but Task Manager shows
soffice.bin using all available CPU, and I have to kill OO.o one way or another.

The to-be-attached zip file should unpack into episodes.htm and a
corresponding file folder.

Yes, can see the problem with OO 2.3 and 2.3.1 dev build. But will work with OO
2.4 - checked with the current dev build from
http://development.openoffice.org/releases/2.3.m235_snapshot.html
Has been fixed by issue 81146.
