Export file formats are all formats that can't be reimported into the type of document that they are created from. Here odt is an export format as it is no longer possible to load it into a master document. Usually the formats don't allow to apply any logic about newer or older (is jpg newer or older than png or is it just different?), so why should we write code to implement a logic for this particular case that does not apply to all other export menus. We could put this issue to the large pile of OOolater issues but I rather would like to set it to wontfix because I doubt that we will ever work on it. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. In the dialog you have to choose the item in the drop-down-box of File format. But the item ODF Text Document (.odt) is at the bottom of the list, it has to be at the top because it is the newest.
