I created user "backup" on lightness and formerly changed the entries in /etc/amandapass to: //lightness/dapi backup%foo lightness "smbclient //lightness/dapi foo -U backup -W lightness" works. Hi, I try to configure Amanda 2.4.1p1 (SuSE Linux 7.0, Kernel 2.2.16) to backup three shares on a WindowsNT 4-Server and receive following error: ---amcheck -c Daily Amanda Backup Client Hosts Check ERROR: intrawebix: [PC SHARE //lightness/pool_home access error: host down or invalid password?] ERROR: intrawebix: [PC SHARE //lightness/dapi access error: host down or invalid password?] ERROR: intrawebix: [PC SHARE //lightness/ClearCase access error: host down or invalid password?] ---amcheck -c Daily Config: ---disklist--- intrawebix //lightness/ClearCase default intrawebix //lightness/dapi default intrawebix //lightness/pool_home default ---disklist--- ---Client: /etc/amandapass--- //lightness/ClearCase cc_admin%foo kt //lightness/dapi cc_admin%foo kt //lightness/pool_home cc_admin%foo kt ---Client: /etc/amandapass--- Following command works: smbclient //lightness/ClearCase foo -U cc_admin -W kt I don't do ./configure --with-smbclient=/full/path, but smbclient were in $PATH while ./configre. Does someone know, how to fix?
