Re: More problems with a big installation of amanda 3.5.1 on Debian stretch, v9

2018-02-22 Thread Jean-Louis Martineau
The driver process crashed.
Can you post the driver debug file and the amdump.TIMESTAMP file?

After you start the next backup.
Attach gdb to the driver process (gdb -p PID).
If it crash, get the stack trace in gdb (bt command).

Subject: More problems with a big installation of amanda 3.5.1 on Debian
stretch, v9

Hi,

I am starting to investigate another problem with my big installation
of amanda 3.5.1 on Debian stretch, v9.

Now amanda is crashing somewhere near the end of the planning phase
and the beginning of the dumping phase. In the last 4 days it
happened 2 times. The information I have for now is very little.
