AndroidManifest
 PMS revoke those permission, android can not find it in 
/data/system/packages.xml

[android-developers] Why does the Google Play store say my Android app is incompatible with all devices?

Hello. I've some problems with my new app published in Play Store.
I uploaded an apk (api 15), with only android.permission.INTERNET 
permission. But this tell my app is incompatible.
I've tested this with:

- Moto G 
- Nexus 6P
- Samsung Galaxy S6
- Huawei G620s

SO: 5.0 - 5.1 - 6.0.1

But always say "App incompatible with all devices".
Can someone help me?

[android-developers] Android Studio doesn't show code samples in doc tooltips

I mostly use Eclipse, so there may be conventions in Android Studio that 
I'm not familiar with.

I was editing some Android code in Android Studio, and I wanted to read the 
javadoc detail for a method that's being called.  After I managed to pin 
the tooltip (is there a convenient function key like Eclipse's "F2" to 
prevent it from disappearing?) I paged through the detail, and I got to a 
block like this:

Here is an example of typical code to manipulate a picture in an 
> application's private storage and add it to the media database:
> {@sample 
> development/samples/ApiDemos/src/com/example/android/apis/content/ExternalStorage.java
>  
> * private_picture}
> Parameters:

If it matters, this is in the javadoc for:

> android.content.Context
> public abstract java.io.File getExternalFilesDir(java.lang.String type)


Looking further through the method javadoc, I found more of these "@sample" 
blocks that don't actually show the code.

Is there some way to have the javadoc tooltips show the code samples?

[android-developers] Can I Pay Via Payoneer for a developer account?

publish this app on google play by paying developer fee ($25) through 
Payoneer card? 
I have searched the web related to this topic but haven't found any 
satisfactory answer.
