I want to start my development career, now I'm working on my own and I 
think it's a good time to start working indie. Queor to start an account in 
google play, however my husband already had an account between 2014 and 
2015 and he was banned.

If I create an account can I be banned because we use the same connection, 
cards and computers? I am afraid of being bound to him.

I don't really understand the structure of the views you're using.
But, anyway, the idea behind a "RecyclerView" is that it recycles and
reuses the views that are part of the list. It uses a "limited" pool of
inflated views, and "binds" them to the data that's needed on the screen.
So, if you click a star, and change the image to "filled", when that view
is reused, it will still be "filled". You need to choose the image on
the onBindViewHolder,
not only on the onClick for the star.

PS:  If you use "Search_Result_Adapter extends RecyclerView.Adapter<
ChildViewHolder>" you can save yourself all the casts to ChildViewHolder on
the whole adapter.

Hi. Im not sure if this topic is still active but could i ask you to elaborate? 
I checked a few youtube videos and the author says he declares final variables 
that will be saved if anyone leaves the app and comes back and he sets the 
value in  onsaveinstancestate. The problem is he declares private final 
bill="Bill value".  It seems to go against the meaning of final.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role is an analyst in support of the *PRICES TM1 and DIPSS systems.
PRICES TM1* is a multidimensional database program that is used for
analysis and distribution of market prices (e.g. crudes, products, etc.).
These prices are received daily from several vendors and are used by the
downstream business worldwide, both by users of the system and by
interfacing the prices to various ERP system (e.g. STRIPES, RAMP, GEMS,
etc.).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support a number of Excel spreadsheets that are connected to the
database and used by the business for analysis.

· Coordinating with vendors, the business and other support teams.

· Configuring new quotes in the database. - Making enhancements to
respond to changes in the business environment.

· Monitor daily interface jobs (vendors and ERP interfaces)

· Troubleshooting issues with the existing system. DIPSS is the
Downstream Planning System also using TM1. Business partner is F,
Midstream S, Refining, BAR and BCoE.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Analytical trouble-shooting skills

· Previous technical experience with Cognos TM1 and some
programming language and/or database

· Expert MS Excel experience

· Good communication and problem solving skills.

· Strong initiative and quick learner

· Oil industry or oil and Gas pricing experience is a huge
advantage/desired

communication, and contingency plans.

· Maintains Hospice systems administration policy and procedures;
develops and delivers training modules for administrative users; supports
clinical education team in development and delivery of clinical training
modules; and provides on-site technical support at instructor-led training
classes as needed.

· Prepares analysis of business operations process reviews;
collaborates with various internal and external resources to identify,
develop, and implement technical solutions and/or system enhancements that
will create efficiencies in aforementioned business operations workflows.

· Analyzes maintenance of “system hygiene”, and develops, documents
and executes plans to optimize system settings and performance.

· Provides clinical help-desk support for field staff.  Acts as
first level support and resolves questions and troubleshoots issues for all
Hospice system users.

· Manages IT QA, Hospice IS and other User Acceptance Testing for
system upgrades and other technology changes, compiles documentation of
testing results and delivers testing documentation and analysis to relevant
parties.

· Supervises installation of EMR vendor software in the test and
production environments.

· Collaborates with corporate IT to document and monitor
appropriate system access rights, and to establish appropriate
client-server architecture for system users.

· Participates in special projects and performs other duties as
