This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

· Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure 
architecture disciplines

· Understanding of architecture and design across all systems

· Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

· Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals 
throughout the firm to accomplish common goals

· Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages 
Java/J2EE

· Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, 
development, maintenance and software improvement

· 5+ years of experience. Strong Core Java knowledge, Java Web 
Application development, Spring and RDMS experience

· Experience with Java/J2EE with a deep understanding of the 
language and core API's, web services, multi-threaded/concurrent 
programming, XML, design patterns, Service Oriented

· REST/JSON/XML Web APIs Development experience.

· Very good knowledge on JSON/AJAX/HTML/CSS along with object 
oriented JavaScript frameworks (jQuery/Angular JS/Ember)

· Experience with development in Big Data environment (including 
but not limited to Hadoop, Elastic Search, Map Reduce, Hive, Kafka, storm, 
hbase, Elastic Search, Spark, mongoDB, Cassandra) is strong plus
