In gingerbread derived sensor use to work fine. After porting ICS, derived sensors are not working.when i browse through SensorService code, i found that in ICS derived sensor data is computed only if accelerometer, magnetometer and gyro are present.I dont have gyro in my device. Is this the reason for failure?
Does any one has faced such kind of problem? if so can you please help me. please correct me if my understanding is wrong.
