*Minimum Job Specs:* Bachelors Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent. MBA, CPA or CFA a plus. At least 10 years of related professional experience - either in financial operations or systems design. Extensive knowledge of business functions. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Very strong management, project management and leadership skills. Very strong relationship management skills. *Skills desired:* • B.A. or equivalent degree; • Relevant experience: the ideal candidate may have 3 years+ experience in a similar role; • Project, Resolution Planning, Regulatory Compliance, and/or Operational Risk Management experience; • Some cross-discipline and geographical stakeholder management with commensurate experience; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
