Hi Friend! It isn't so difficult to start. The only thing you need is WILL First design your project and write it down you don't need to know Android for this. After that... Read the developer guide of Android. Download a sample project and start developing. You'll find problems, but well... Asking for it I think you are asking about something so big to answer correctly I started a month ago and now I'm just deployed my first app. I haven't much time, but step by step I get it. Come on!
