  hi guys,

  I'm sorry about ask this question again,
  I know that sqlite store format is UTF-8,
  so I will describe the whole process that I used sqlite.

  first I create a table named map by shell mode in the emulator,

  # sqlite create table map ( id INTEGER PRIMARY KEY,chinese_word TEXT
  NOT NULL,
  en_word TEXT NOT NULL);

  second, insert a record by shell mode in the emulator,

  # sqlit  insert into map values (1,CHINESE WORD,hello);

  then, there are two spinner in my app and retrieve column
  chinese_word, en_word
  by sql query.

  finally in my app, the first spinner shows RANDOM CODE,
  and second spinner shows correct word hello.

  so, can somebody tell me how can I solve for that

  I really appreciate.
