Role : Sr Application Developer- PeopleSoft Locations : Omaha, NE preferred, Atlanta, GA, Jersey City, NJ JOB DESCRIPTION: PeopleSoft – Sr. Programmer The Senior Application Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the PeopleSoft HCM and CRM applications and the integration & interfaces to all internal and external systems. This individual will be process oriented with sound knowledge of the PeopleSoft SDLC process and will support the ADP payroll outsourcing project for both North America and Global countries, and other projects. This individual will interact with the other members of the team spread across multiple geographies and complete the deliverables as per the project timelines. Job Specific Responsibilities ******Help deliver the ADP Payroll Outsourcing project for North America and Global countries with interfaces to/from PeopleSoft HCM to ADP **** Day to day support of the PeopleSoft HCM and CRM application and all the interfaces and any new PeopleSoft module that may be deployed Delivering the assigned projects and enhancements to the existing applications Create robust and scalable design for enhancements and major projects Build code for enhancements as per the design or Business requirements Support development activities related Break fix and Compliance work requests like Tax Updates Responsible for maintaining documentation and for insuring team’s adherence to documentation standards as required by our standard process and designated auditable items (SDLC documents, Sarbanes documents etc.) Create and maintain project artifacts like Technical Design, Unit Test Scripts, Unit Test Logs, RCA for Defects etc. Create Migration and implementation artifacts like Migration documents, Change Requests etc. as per the process laid out by First Data Work with HR Operation and business users in troubleshooting and resolving issues Work with Oracle to create SRs and obtain fixes for Out of the Box Issues or defects Support leads and architects with creating and maintaining the various project metrics Provide technical thought leadership and innovative solutions to improve system stability and performance Work closely with onsite and offshore leads and team members Directly work with offshore teams to make sure projects are delivered on time Manage small technical team of Developers for small projects Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related degree or equivalent work experience 7+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Development with experience in PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor and Position Management) 3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Application version 9.0/PeopleTools 8.5x or higher ***** Experience in building the interfaces to/from PeopleSoft HCM for ADP Payroll Outsourcing project for North America and Global countries ***** Experience working in a global multi-country PeopleSoft Implementation or support engagement Must be comfortable with learning new PeopleSoft technologies and new skillsets and applying them to efficient and scalable solutions Ability to work with onshore, offshore, and business resources across multiple departments Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and aggressive schedules Proven success delivering large projects within specified timelines while still maintaining quality in the work delivered Sound knowledge of PeopleSoft Application Development SDLC process Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with the ability to identify innovative solutions and implement them in a timely manner Excellent written and verbal communication, team building, and relationship building skills Technical Skills PeopleTools Application Designer PeopleCode Application Engine Component Interface PS Query Workflow/AWE XML publisher Excel to CI Process Scheduler, Report Manager and Job Scheduling Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL SQR Basic Unix/Linus exposure Functional Skills PeopleSoft HCM modules – Core HR, Time & Labor, Payroll for North America, Position Management and Self Service functionality Basics of PeopleSoft Security Exposure to Global Payroll, Absence Management, Profile Management, or CRM HR Helpdesk is desirable Exposure to Fusion Goals and Performance and or Taleo Recruiting/Onboarding is a huge plus point Recent exposure to 9.2 Upgrade Preferred Qualifications Knowledge on Web Services and Integration technologies is desirable Thanks and Regards Randhir Tiwari Sr. IT Recruiter | IDC Technologies, Inc 1851 McCarthy Blvd Milpitas, CA 95035 D: 408 882 6434 Email :- randhir.tiw...@idctechnologies.com Hangout:- randhirtiwari.2...@gmail.com LinkedIn :- https://www.linkedin.com/in/randhir-tiwari-284b9489 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
