open the network setting screen. Use handler postDelayed method to open
network setting. So toast message will be displayed to screen

using the above line of code we can strike the text,but how can i

the sqlite database will be stored in the application directory. the user
can delete this if he goes to settings and clear data.
then it will be a problem in ur case since u generating ui from the
database.

location ;  //data/data/Your-Application-Package-Name/databases/
your-database-name*

two options r there

restrict user from deleting application data using android:
manageSpaceActivityhttp://developer.android.com/guide/topics/manifest/application-element.html#space
=*string*, which is not a good solution
second check for the database every time whn user log in. if not download
it and populate the ui

First: I'm betting that you won't find anyone willing to give you a
complete solution to this very vague problem. If you can ask a more
specific question based on a real problem - not easily solvable by
searching google etc. - people will be more likely to provide you with
useful help.

Second: You really need to consider that the security in your application
is based on server communication. Several issues come to mind, including
connection issues and the fact that it seems that the app contains the
secured information which isn't quite good practice (for issues like
preventing large downloads etc. you could provide a decryption key).

include that jar file in folder name libs !! libs is the folder in which
you have to kept that jar file. if libs folder are not present over there
please creat it manually and copy that jar file in that ok

I have an idea for that. Why don't you use database for that.

Database should contain at least 2 tables - one will contain chapter name
with no.(primary key)

Other will contain the chapter no. as foreign key, and contents (one by one)

Then, on clicking chapter name from the list, extract its no, and retrieve
its contents using suitable query, and display them on next activity.
