• Configure, customize, manage, and govern the SFMC
Intelligence (Datorama) platform. Design and implement data models, data

• Define guidelines to promote standardization and reusability
of visualization and data harmonization layers across brands and channels.
Provide guidance, training, and support to the business users of the
platform, to maximize the utilization of platform capabilities.
Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to the platform to improve
its effectiveness, utilization, and maximize the value. Identify
opportunities to optimize the license and total cost of ownership of the
platform.
• Define the guidelines for the development team and enforce
stage gates to ensure implementation adheres to the standards. Adopt and
Follow Clients Development Life Cycle standards to build and deliver high
quality solutions.

Strong experience data modeling:

Strong understanding of Logical, Physical, Conceptual, Hierarchical,
Network and Relational data models

Strong understanding data modeling methodologies (Bill Inmon, Ralph Kimball
etc.)

Experience of using at least one data modeling tool like Erwin etc.

*Experience in Azure is a must.  *

Good knowledge of data modeling tools like Erwin, Toad etc

Prior experience towards working as a data modeler and designed data models
for given KPIs / use cases from scratch

PnC Domain knowledge will be an added advantage

Knowledge of Agile framework

Key Responsibilities:


To lead and drive a team of developers in a fast-paced environment while
solving difficult business problems.

Prepare and enhance design documents that would be needed to support
product configuration – Field mapping, Data definition, rules definition
and so on.

Be responsible for leading the solutioning efforts by developing and
presenting POCs.

Configure, build & develop Guidewire® components using GOSU, Wizards, PCF,
Data Model, Workflow, Activities, Product Designer etc.

Identify value additions that can be built as configuration components and
reused on multiple projects, to gain efficiency / productivity.

Coordinate with business users, business analysts, and team members to
understand the business requirements and configure complex business rules
and workflows.

Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues, provide solutions & workarounds to
critical requirements.

Lead, mentor & coordinate with the offshore team.

Oversee and contribute to daily communication / reports between onsite and
offshore.

Oversee daily task allocation, monitoring, and status reporting to the
client & project leadership.



*Knowledge, Skills & Experience: *


Have overall work experience ranging between 7-12 years, with at least 4
years of Guidewire® BillingCenter implementation experience, solution
design, configuration, extension, customization, and post live support
experience.

Have a ‘differentiator’ mindset – a practitioner who contributes to asset
creation and builds the competency / team.

Have a deep insight into the SDLC and strong understanding of Agile and
SAFe methodologies.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of application development projects
involving the implementation of complex business rules.

Strong experience in implementing personal lines on Guidewire suite
including personal auto, property, umbrella, etc.

Have proven technical experience in requirement analysis, detailed designs
and implementation activities required to ensure the development,
integration, and long-term maintenance of applications.

Expertise in configuration and development of various areas of Guidewire –
Transactions, Job configuration, Experience in implementing multiple LOBs,
Forms Management, Administration, Account Management, Contacts and so on.

Configure, build & develop Guidewire® components using GOSU, Wizards, PCF,
Data Model, Workflow, Activities, Product Designer etc.

Have previous experience with using XML, GUnit, Jenkins / GIT /TFS etc.,
any code coverage or code scanning tools like SonarQube.

Have previous experience in using app servers like IBM WebSphere, WebLogic,
JBoss, Tomcat etc.

Have previous experience in using DB Servers like SQL, Oracle or DB2.

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Acts as a techno-functional architect and liaisons with the project

*Location: This role can sit in NJ, Philadelphia, or FL with flexibility to
work remotely some of the time with the expectation of some travel. *

*Duration: 12 Months + *



*We are looking for someone who has: *



   - Bachelor or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science
   or engineering.
   - Minimum 12 years’ experience in SAP Project & Engagement Management
   (Order to Cash) application delivery
   - 3+ years’ experience in S4HANA implementation and delivery
   - Experience in implementing SAP in professional services industry

*Preferred candidates also have: *



   - Experience migrating SAP and non-SAP workloads to Public Cloud
   - Experienced in delivering large scale ERP / SAP Implementation
   - Experience in professional services industry with full life cycle
   implementations
   - Experience in professional services processes for Project & Engagement
   & Billing (Order to Cash) processes including integrations with financial
   systems.
   - Should be a master in Functional Architecture Design Analysis.
   - Should have experience in Business Knowledge and S4HANA Technical
   Solution Design
   - Should be proficient in Business Analysis.
   - Flexibility to travel locally and internationally
   - MBA or Master’s degree
