platforms that include SaaS, PaaS and IaaS components. Specifically
multi-tenancy, concurrency, security, management, multi-tiered
infrastructure, databases, integration, mobile  and application servers
etc. (we are not designing them but must be knowledgeable of the platform(s)

Previous development experience (Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX) and
knowledge of OpenStack, Dockers and other emerging technologies

Understanding of all cloud offerings in the market and ability to discuss
cloud architectures

A good understanding of enterprise application integration, including SOA,
ESB, EAI, ETL environments and an understanding of integration
considerations such as process orchestration, customer data integration and
master data management.

A good understanding of the security processes, standards & issues involved
in multi-tier, multi-tenant web applications

Architectural and development experience of Web Services

Principals of network, application and information security

Industry knowledge of Financial Services, Communications and Healthcare etc
 a plus

Previous Cloud experience with IBM, Microsoft, Salesforce, Amazon, Oracle

Previous Infrastructure software/service companies such as Big 4 / Big
Deloitte, Accenture, Cloud Sherpas etc.

operational data analytics, and bio-sample logistics and management.

*Primary Job Function*

Provide program-level leadership and promote operational excellence
ensuring successful execution of Data and Statistical Science (DSS)
deliverables.

 *Position Accountability / Scope*

§  Accountable for execution and on-time delivery of planned DSS milestones
for clinical technologies from start-up through close-out.

§  Drive DSS study team operations and connect with cross-functional study
teams to deliver trials and programs.

§  Develop and sustain strong relationships between internal stakeholders,
external vendors, cross-functional peers, and DSS senior management.

§  Synchronize deliverables between DSS, offshore resources, and vendors to

§  Influential in setting the strategy for Data Sciences (DS).

§  Management of operations through metrics. Categories include, but are
not limited to, data, systems, general operations, and milestones.

§  Reports into the DS Therapeutic Area leader and has accountability for
global study planning and execution.



*Core Job Responsibilities*

§  Responsible for program/compound-level timelines, while ensuring
compliance and quality.

§  Responsible for the oversight of risk mitigation/risk management and
contingency plans at a program level for all DSS deliverables.

§  Influence and participate in clinical strategy team; including but not
limited to protocol development and clinical technologies.

§  Set expectations with the DSS team, the clinical study team, DS vendors,
TA, and other external teams regarding timelines, processes and general
coordination of the program.

§  Communicate with confidence and leadership with these groups for
prioritizations, actions, and resolutions throughout the life of a program.

§  Act as a point of escalation for internal and external issues.

§  Lead clinical study team in the development of key clinical trial
systems, study conduct and study close-out as related to DSS operational
activities.

§  Oversee all Data Sciences timelines and metrics for assigned clinical
trials.

§  Lead DSS-related cross-functional meetings with clinical teams, safety
teams and physicians.

§  Oversee all vendor contracts for assigned clinical trials including
accountability for Statement of Work (SoW) and Change of Scope.

§  Participate in DSS-related cross-functional meetings with stakeholders
as appropriate.

§  Ensure stakeholder confidence in the health of the study by leading
meetings to effectively communicate expectations, progress, issues and
resolution

§  Partner with Total Quality Management Lead to ensure highest quality of
team deliverables.

§  Participate in any FDA or other regulatory meetings regarding assigned

§  Influence decisions and approaches through effective negotiation.

technology workers.
Experience working with different tax terms in hiring an employee (W2, C2C 
and 1099).
Experience working in permanent and contract staffing.
Experience with VMS portals and suppliers/vendors/agencies supporting Local 
Government clients in USA.
Strong understanding and exposure to multiple IT technologies that are 
available in the market place.
Experience in understanding the IT job description and multiple 
technologies listed in the job description, finding a suitable resume from 
job portals like DICE, MONSTER, CAREER BUILDER and LinkedIn.
Experience in identifying suitable person from both active and passive 
search.
Should be able to evaluate candidates based on job skills & requirements.
Experience in sourcing, Recruiting, Pre-Screening, networking, internet 
search engines and referrals.
Experience in all the post -selection activities and effectively 
communicate to the candidates.
Experience working independently, with a keen eye to detail.
Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good Technical knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure

Experience in Business Development/ New Client Acquisition (US Staffing/US 
Professional Services).

New Business Development and account management direct as well as Tier-1 
clients, Top Management / Client facing capabilities, Proven Track Record 
in Business development.  Well versed with IT/Technology, Self-starter & 
highly competitive, Willing and able to cold call on new prospects, 
Excellent organizational skills and follow through.

High level understanding and screening capability in various technologies / 
tools.

Good understanding US Staffing statutory requirements, HR and contracting 
process, pay rates etc , experience in w2 , C2C , Contract to hire 
positions .

Ability to work on multiple requirements and source quality profiles.

Good track record of delivering recruited resources and excellent client 
interfacing skills, communication skills Organized, disciplined and 
productive.

Should be Efficient in identifying new business opportunities with Direct

*Responsibilities:*

   - For on boarding exiting application, performing Knowledge transition
   from Development team to SCM team on build and deployment process.
   - For New applications, work with development to get the requirements of
   application build and deployment process.
   - Once the process KT is complete from development team, build engineer
   role is to write build and deployment scripts according to SCM team
   standards and processes to IST, QA , Performance and Production
   Environments.
   - After complete of the scripts development and process setup, build
   engineer role is expected to execute the builds and deployments to all
   above environments based on weekly scheduled build calendar.
   - Build engineer is required to perform smoke/sanity tests for the
   applications deployed and also troubleshoot the application for the issues
   that arise as part of the smoke test process.
   - Build engineer is expected to learn the architecture of all the
   applications to help trouble shoot any issues for each applications.
   - Build engineer need to periodically analyze the hardware and software
   capacities of build infrastructure and provide appropriate recommendation
   to the Management team for improvements and immediate attention.
   - Build Engineer is required to be proficient in Ant, Shell and Per
   Scripting. Should be familiar with Code Management Tools like Clearcase.
   SCM Process regarding Build, Release and Source Code Management.



*Qualifications:*

· Develop exposure to .NET and Java technologies

· Experience with Ant, Maven, nAnt, BuildForge and Perl for script
automation

· Clearcase management, Subversion administration, deployment
skills, training, and experience

· Knowledge base on Websphere, Weblogic Application Servers

· Experience with Atlassian tools like Bamboo, Jira, and confluence

· Experience with Db2, Oracle and SQL databases preferred
