Sure, like this:

lines   :       CHARS (NEWLINE CHARS)*;
NEWLINE :       '\r'? '\n';
CHARS   :       '\u0020'..'\u007F'+;


And if there can be empty lines, do:

lines   :       CHARS? (NEWLINE CHARS?)*;
