Re: [AOLSERVER] AOLserver CVS stable?
Belated, but as promised, the 4.0.1 source tarball is available on sourceforge. -Elizabeth Elizabeth Thomas wrote on 1/15/2004, 11:00 AM: I can't speak to everyone else's experience, but at AOL, we haven't yet done enough testing to consider the head (which contains the work for the eventual 4.1) to be production-ready (but that doesn't mean that it isn't.) We are currently using 4.0.1 - tag: aolserver_40_r1 - in production and it is working great. It is a branch off of 4.0 and contains the shutdown fix. I will see about getting this up on sourceforge as the latest tar distribution. We are in the midst of some organizational changes at AOL, resulting in a suspension of our participation in activities like the Chat (although there is no reason it can't still occur) -Elizabeth C. Scott Goodwin was kind enough to reply and say the problem appeared to be fixed in the latest CVS. Is anyone using the latest CVS, and if so, is it stable?
