I'm not being dismissive; you basically repeated what I said about broken MUAs: I.e., it's the software's, not the user's fault that these headers are useless. And it probably boils down to various UX experts repeating the mantra of fewer clicks until only brain-dead UIs make it through design review. Sigh, again ... -- Brane
