[Arches] Installing Arches-HIP: Creating Database Error: ImportError: No module named resource

Dear All,

I am trying to install Arches-HIP and I am getting an error at the last 
step before running arches: *(ENV)$ python manage.py packages -o install*

I tried it on Centos 7 and on ubuntu, using the install dependencies 
script; yet both give me the same error.

Hello Edmond, and everyone reading this,

My name is Asmaa, I am a senior application developer at the American 
University in Cairo. I first knew about Arches when Lucy FJ and Dr. Weeks 
told us about it as they are going to work on it in the Theban Mapping 
Project. I am a computer science graduate and I hold a master of computing.

Out of the main window in our premises I can see beautiful garden view full 
of trees and palms, and I once saw some pigeons there.

I am glad I joined this active forum and I will be sending technical 
questions in a separate thread.
