Hi David, Space calculations are based on container profiles and location profiles.
I think the only way to handle modular location profiles would be to create a new profile for each shelf configuration in use. Not ideal, but the space calculator was not designed with this requirement in mind. We did this work over five years ago so others may have more current knowledge, but a quick check suggests that this remains the case.
