In Atrium Core Console, upper right hand corner there is an About button, that
will tell you the Atrium Core version.

Hi,
The SHARE:Application_Properties form will tell you what version is installed.
Sort by Property Value and look for "Atrium CMDB" for the values.

Cheers.

Hey guys,

I feel like an asshole for asking this, but can anyone tell me how to figure
out what version of the BMC CMDB that I'm running? Is it under the Atrium Core
tab in Remedy? Or can I find out from ADDM?

We are On Demand, so I don't think I can just pop into the server and check.

Thanks,

Yes, people belonging to a special team should be restricted from public access
to entries. Not only for Incidents, I guess also for CI's...Problems, Changes...

They need access to the different companies we have, so therefore the company
restriction does not work.

Maybe more easy to take down the sun than configure this...:)

Hi,

When we discussed this earlier I understood that the group you want to give
limited access is an external Vendor.

Field 60900 is called Vendor Assignee Group, which seems to imply that it is
intended for this.

What is also important is that 112 is not set to Public, as this would prevent
field 60900 to have any affect for those tickets.

Note that I have very limited knowledge about ITSM, and what can be configured.
I have just looked at the permissions on field id 1 and a little on the
workflow attached to field 112 and 60900. To me it seems that someone intended
the OOB functionality to work exactly as you desired, but I do not know if it
all got implemented...

Remedy Report Issue

2015-10-23 Thread Lockwood, Teresa
I'm seeing an issue with web reports and hoping someone has encountered this
before. AR System reports are fine but the Web reports give the following
error:

[cid:image002.png@01D10D6B.AF25B200]

BMC suggested that we've updated Java on the midtier servers but haven't. JDK
is version 1.7. I've sent them logs so now I wait. Any suggestions as to
where to look.

Re: 9215 Error generating page content

2015-10-23 Thread arslist
Is there any commonality for those that do get the error:

Only those that run a specific version of the browser

Only those in one particular Group that has more in that results list than
others
Only those in a particular environment, e.g. they all have a particular pc they
use versus others

As you probably know, some underlying consistent cause must exist, and you need
to know it to resolve. Clearly BMC thinks the results list being removed will
fix it, but that doesn't explain why for some and not for others, root cause
analysis.

Last time I saw that browser error it was consistent for all, a form was
totally corrupted which isn't the case here.

As John suggested, more of your log might give us a clue.
The ARSlist does allow attachments if you can attach a log from where you are.

Hope that is a useful.

Hello Listers was hoping that someone here may have run into this issue. We are

We are running itsm 8.1.02.001 RTLW_05/05/15_74299_debug 201505041023Hotfix.
Againt Linux 2.6.32-504.30.3.el6.x86_64. This does not happen for everyone and
even for the people who do see this issue, it does not happen all the time. BMC
is reccomending that we remove field 1020 (results list), we would like to have
an alternative to the bmc reccomendation. Has anyone in here run into this

Re: 9215 Error generating page content

2015-10-23 Thread Hennigan, Sandra, CTR, DSS
This maybe a long shot; it used to cause issues in earlier Remedy versions -

For the Results List, what is the "Width" setting of each Field Name? Does the
Sum of the Width of all of the Field Names included in the Results List exceed
255?

Example:

Field Name = Status. Width = 50
Field Name = Summary. Width = 125
Decrease the Width to 10 or 20 for both fields.

Thank you,

Sandra

Template with Web Service Submit

2015-10-23 Thread Brittain, Mark
Hi All & TGIF,

I have an external web service which creates a record in the
CHG:ChangeInterface_Create and then of course creates the CHG:Infrastructure
Change. The type of Changes being requested are for real simple "quick" changes
and as such needs to have an abbreviated process flow. If I was manually
creating this type of change, I could use template containing the abbreviated
process flow.

Is there a way to designate in the CHG:ChangeInterface_Create to use a specific
template or a specific flow process?

ARS 7.6.04 SP5
ITSM 7.6.04 SP2

Thanks
