Re: Resources Sorting in Smart IT

2017-08-29 Thread Gadgil, Abhijeet
Articles are always sorted by their relevance as determined by FTS (i.e. by
Weight).

Hi All

In Smart IT 1.5 when you display an Incident and select Resources you are
presented with a list of KB articles. Does anyone know how the articles are
sorted? Is it by KB number, some keyword, weight, age?. Ideally if I have an
Incident for a customer, I would like the customer's specific KB appear first.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks
Mark

Change your LDAP qualification to look only for accounts created or modified
within the last 24 hours.

Hi Ryan,

Yes, i am passing.. My scenario is like in a day if i process 100 records it
successfully creates people record. But the next day it should not consider the
same old records unless if it is not updated at LDAP side. How i can achieve
this?

Shiva

Are you passing "VALIDATELOAD" into z1D_Action field? That triggers

However, not getting how to achieve the delta load.
