We have seen short in recruitment in last 6 month and now again remedy
world is coming up with new positions, Somewhere true that BMC is asking
customer for less customization. You may try now with fulll force this
month and if all went fine , salary should not be constraint.

Parsing problem

Hi List,

I have a small request where i want to parse the following from  below input 
line:

Subject:   1946766 update "Ticket Priority" = Urgent

I am able to parse the ticket number 1946766 from above by below 
function:
SUBSTR($Subject$, STRSTR($Subject$,  "[") + 1, STRSTR($Subject$,  "[") + 15)

Now i want to get value Urgent in any temporary field. if its written like 
above 

Can some body help on this.

arforkd is not running

Hi 

 I found all ar processed running  except arforkd process and this is causing 
lot of issues for us, for example where we have used set field action with some 
thing like this:  $PROCESS$ @@:/usr/local/bin/perl/cm/scripts/cmquery 
$zTemp255$ 
all these actions are getting failed and that is expected when arforkd is not 
running.
when i look at arforkd log, its not capturing much.
