Just noticed your entry on the ARSList about Advanced Interface Forms.

You may want to consider Abydos Designer as an alternative since this
provides all the functionality available in the AIF through a simple
drag-and-drop process construction interface with pre-configured integration
to SRM 2.2, 7.5 and 7.6. No need to create any PDTs , AOTs or Change
templates, just create the processes you need with encapsulated data and map
it onto your SRD.

Abydos Analyser can produce this report easily. The Produce Documentation
function can be customised to produce an Excel spreadsheet listing all the
fields and their IDs on a single form.

You might find the Server Comparison and Synchronisation features in Abydos
Analyser of interest. It's a fast and detailed way to compare all the
workflow between two live servers and then document the differences. You can
also selectively synchronise the servers as well.

Have you tried running the performance analysis reports from Abydos Analyser
?

 

This should highlight any problems with indexing on forms based on workflow
qualifications and also unqualified queries that might be causing full table
scans.
