SRD Approvals are not working!

Hello Team,


I have created a Approval Process configuration for SRD, approval mapping
and created a SRD and moved the status to Request for Approval.


However the SRD went to Deployed which is online.


Inspite of having approval mappings, SRD is going for Approval. Kindly need
your assistance.

SRD Approval for only one menu option

Hello Team,



We have an SRD having the custom approval triggering different support
groups for approval based on different menu options. Is there any way to
configure/setup 4 different manager approvals only for a particular menu
option in the same SRD.



*Example to show the scenario*: SRD 'X' have custom approval set up

SRD has one of the question of type menu - Select the type - A, B, C, D.

If any user selects A it will route to the A group for approval, any user
selects B it will route to the B group for approval.



*Now the requirement is, if any user selects 'A' it should trigger to 4
different managers for approval instead of A group for approval, keeping
the other menu options same like (B -> B Group Approval, C -> C Group
Approval, D -> D group Approval).*



Need to change only in the menu option 'A'

Hello Team,

We are facing an issue with SRM Group Approval issue. Below are the details
about the issue:

1. SRD is configured with Approval Type = Group and selected the Support
Group
2. There are a few people having request approver functional role under the
Support Group.
3. When the request is Submitted, Request Status goes to Waiting Approval
but unable to see the Approvers list/under the Approvals Tab.

We have tried with different support groups as well but not working.

Thanks a lot for the quick responses.

I got the solution, we can get that info in UDM:Permission Info form. From
that form we can able to find out which AI job is triggering from which
Carte server.



After that, the same carte server entry will be pushed to UDM:Execution
Instance.



UDM:Config form will a vital role to set the default carte server. If AR
Carte Server is blank in UDM:Permission Info form, AI job will redirect to
default AR carte server defined in UDM:Config form. If a value is hardcoded
in UDM:PermissionInfo form, AI job will trigger to the same as hardcoded.

CI Search Issue when viewing through Individual Class

under the search table. But If I try to view those CI's, system says No
matching Critieria



But I can see those CI's in the core Base Element Class.

Scheduled AI jobs are not running

Hello Team,



Scheduled AI jobs are not running as expected when we run from Atrium
console GUI.But it works fine when we run the job from Spoon.



All the debug logging has been enabled in transformations and jobs and
there is no entry in arcarte.log when the job is ran from Atrium console
GUI.



Any body suggest how to fix this issue.

Tasks are not getting to Task group using UDM

Hello Team,

I am trying to load tasks and task groups with its relationship with the
help of UDM
Like I have 5 tasks to be related to 1 task group.

If I load tasks   task groups individually, they are getting loaded. But I
try to relate them by entering all the required information. Its not
getting loaded.

Its throwing Invalid Task Group Identifier/Task Identifier.

Can anybody assist here how do I load/prepare the sheet to load the data
correctly?

Plug In Error

Hello Team,


When I click on General Tab under Server Information, I am getting the
following error.


*Cannot establish a network connection to the AR System Plug-In server :*

*server name (51200) REMEDY.ARDBC.SERVER.ADMINISTRATION : RPC: Success
(ARERR 8760)*


Kindly suggest how to resolve this issue.

Submitting huge SR's at a time

Hello Team,


One Clients uses an SRD when a user leaves the company.

This works fine when a single user leaves.



Now 500 leaves.

And they do not want to submit 500 REQ.

   - - Is there a way to automate the creation of the 500 service requests ?





Please let us know is there any possibility to get a solution for the above
requirement.

UDM Job got stuck in In Progress State

Hello Team,



I tried loading the transactional data (Change ticket) using UDM, job got
stuck in  In Progress state with out throwing any error. I see there are
no entries in Error Management also. (PFA which describes the scenario). I
tried refreshing the job many times, but no result



Please suggest me how to fix this for getting the data loaded?

On behalf of Functionality

Hello Team,

I have some clarifications in on behalf of appearances. I have created a
rule for on behalf  from Company(A) to Company(B). So when I have
logged into user profile(Company A) and navigated to request entry console
for selecting on behalf  and selected respective company's people record
(Company B) but i was not able to see the Company B SRD's in home page.
Whereas i can see Company B's SRD in popular requests.

Ideally should i be able to see the navigational categories  in home page
itself or in popular requests while requesting through on-behalf of?


Note: Test ID' s are given float license and access restrictions to
respective companies.

installed properly but when I try to launch the process designer it's
