ARS 7.5 P3
Atrium 7.6
ITSM 7.0.3 Patch 9

We are also running ITSM Task 9002 and SLM 7 Patch 4

We attempted to install the ITSM Compatibility patch 7000, but it was
unsuccessful.

We are also running a server group configuration and have our midtiers on
separate servers.

We are running AR 7.5, Atrium 7.6, and ITSM 7.03 applications in a Solaris
environment. We had problems running some of the installers, but this was
resolved by BMC support and was focused around some attributes which had been
created in CMDB 2.1 before the upgrade.

performance be like going that route...

2010-03-25 Thread DCI Remedy
Anne

We attempted to install compatibility patch 7000 but it failed. I have to
dig up the logs to to find out why. I can only assume that the Atrium 7.6
upgrade addressed any issues that patch 7000 would have resolved.

We went LIVE with Atrium 7.6 in December and haven't encountered any issues
with ITSM 7.0.3 as a result of the upgrade.

Hope this helps.
