My users are being very irritated by something that seems like it should be 
simple, but isn't working right in ITSM 7.6.4 SP2.

Here is the use case:


1.       From a CRQ that is open on your screen, click the "Create Relationship 
to" menu under "Quick Action".

2.       Select "Infrastructure Change".

3.       On this window, enter the Infrastructure Change ID of another CRQ.

4.       The result comes up, but the ID field is blank.  Title and Excerpt are 
not.

5.       Select the result that came up.

6.       Click the "Relate" button at the bottom of the form.

In my system, the result is an error message saying, "To relate an entry to: 
Infrastructure Change, first search for the Infrastructure Change using any 
combination of the search criteria.  When the Infrastructure Change is found, 
select the corresponding entry in the table, then click Relate. (ARERR 
2340050)" which is generic.  We have a workaround by clicking on "Advanced 
Search" and manually relating it that way.  Also it seems to work if we search 
on the text of the Summary or Notes fields instead of the actual Infrastructure 
Change ID.

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, have you solved it?
