Remedy Developer
Union, NJ
Contract to Perm
(onsite required- at least until good rapport is built)

1.    Experience with Remedy ITSM 7.64+ Development for 4-6+ years
2.  Review and validate design of the Remedy/Kinetic architecture
3.  Analyze, recommend, and drive improvements in Remedy/Kinetic performance.
4.  Develop a project plan for the Remedy 7.​64/ Kinetic upgrade
5.  Document processes in accordance with the Information Technology 
Infrastructure Library (ITIL) requirements
6.  Experience within a retail environment preferred
