Save button is hiding
Hello Listers, I am facing a strange issue with one of the user.Whenever the user performs a search on a form,the Save button hides.This is happening only a particular machine.If I logs with that user account on another machine then the Save button appears correctly. I have checked the workflow logs,user preference.But nothing seems to solve this strange issue.:confused: Please help on this. Sachin, Is this occurring via mid-tier access? Or thick client? (Have you deleted the form cache in the client directory for that form on the computer giving this result?) What server version? Nick, The issue is occuring only on thick client.It's working fine via mid-tier access. I have deleted the form cache (*.arf and *.arv files ) in the client directory.Still,the issue is occuring. Does the user have a customized view? I can't recall if they are stored as arf or arv. All else fails, reinstall the WUT, to the most current patch level if not already. Sachin, Have you checked the version and patch on the machine. I have seen entire forms blank when the user was using an earlier patch. Easy thing to overlook.
