We are looking at what it will take to integrate an ARS 7.6.4 ITSM system with
UltiPro (cloud). The UltiPro docs describe their integration as "Web Services",
but this appears to be a misnomer.

The examples describe using C# to write up code that will login and access the
objects in their system. At first I thought this was just to create a client to
consume a web service, but this appears not to be the case. The supposed WSDL
doesn't seem to be a standard definition of objects and methods, but some
proprietary format that a normal web service client cannot connect to (filter
Set Fields can't even find an endpoint).

Has anyone delved any deeper into this? If so, did you find any alternatives to
writing a plug-in?
