WWRUG13 - OT Sunday Night

2013-09-26 Thread Sanford, Claire
Sunday Evening from about 7:30pm until about whenever late... we will be in the
square seating area in the front lobby.
There is an official Conference Volunteer Function on Sunday evening, so quite
a few people will not be there until kind of late'ish.

Look for the bright pink signs that say ARSLIST on them.

There are around 300 people on the ARSlist showing up, of which 22 of us are
volunteers or on the board, the other 278 can join you in the lobby bar and
shock the hotel.

See you in a few days, the weather is great here!
