[art] Hello. I'd like to help!

2005-10-13 Thread Nathaniel Hourt
Hello. My name is Nathaniel Hourt, and I use OOo constantly. I really
like it, and I would like to help in this project in any way I can. I
can do a little image manipulation and other work on the computer, and
hope to be of assistance. I might have a few good tricks up my sleeve.
We shall see. Thank you.

[art] [Updated] Homepage Eggs

2005-10-13 Thread :murb: [maarten brouwers]

Hi,

Just to let you know, I've uploaded some better versions of the
candidate for the homepage image on release date. Please let me know
what you think (I hope this time I don't have to explain about why the
gull-eggs again ;), that's all in the issuezilla (which seems relatively
on speed again)).

Re: [art] Open office Icons

2005-10-13 Thread Everaldo
hi

Sorry for my delayed answer. I love de OO. :-)
Me and my Yellow Icon (www.yellowicon.com) Fellows has developed 1480icosn
for the Open Office following the MS Windows Vista style. The Icosn are
ready and will be donated to the project. The Open Office will have a more
modern and compatible with the new operational systems look far before the
MSOffice. It will certainly call the attention of new users what would give
us a competitive vantage regarding to MS Office.

Please let me know what you think.

Best regards,

Ps.
I will send the final icons in .png format soon

Where did you sent them, remember the list dont admit attachments. So
what is the issue #?

As I answered you a few days ago (10.10.05 15:24, Subject "SVG of the OD
icons") the graphics *are* attached to a mail to this list (perhaps they
have been posted before all attachments were stripped off the mails).

Even in the mail you answered to Christophe's file hasn't been
stripped off...

In this mail I told you that they haven't been attached to an issue by
now IMHO.

I submitted the file I got from the first mail to the Documents &
files area - perhaps it will be found there.

(Sorry for changing the name and decompressing it)

Cheers
Bernhard

Re: [art] Post work?

Hi Frank,

Hello everybody
I know this is not the right place to post any work, but I'm unable to

This has been a problem of the entire website. Now it should be
possible again.

But - but - but - if anyone can post this at:
   *Issue #:*
 43696
 Imagelinks:
http://lyd-bilde.com/images/open-office.png
 http://lyd-bilde.com/images/open-office(1).png

Would you try it on your own?

If I do, your work is presented under my name - and because I have
signed JCA it would be licensed under LGPL.

I don't know, if you want to do that, so I didn't upload the files.

The issue you mention keeps the updated OpenOffice.org logo
including the version designation 2.0 - your designs don't show the
designation, so they should be attached to another issue.

You didn't tell us what you want to do with your designs - do you
want them to be proposals for the 3.0 logo?

Then they should be attached to issue 54361
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=54361

But remember that OpenOffice.org has not to be reduced to
"OpenOffice" - the ".org" part is not allowed to be removed.

Best regards
Bernhard

But I had a look at them and want to tell you that the ".org" part
of OpenOffice.org is not to be

 Yours
Frank A. G.
