Tyler,

2.6 onwards do not require a recompilation if you use the conda package.

All the binaries are included.

[arts-users] ARTS 2.6.2 source code

2024-03-29 Thread Summers, Tyler (GSFC-613.0)[SCIENCE SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS INC]
Hello,

Regarding the new ARTS 2.6.2 release; I have installed the new version of
pyARTS using "conda install -c rttools pyarts" as instructed. Do I also need to
download a new version of the C++ source code and recompile? I noticed the
installation instructions for the initial install listed on the github ahve
changed since version 2.4.

Thank you,
Tyler
