Upgrade the current version of Oracle Business Intelligence Application (OBIA) - HR analytics to 11.1.1.10. 1. The Board currently utilizes Oracle Database Version 11.2.0.4 to host its data warehouse that supports the HR analytics application. The Consultant shall upgrade the database from the current version to the latest stable version of Oracle 12C.
