You can get the complete register entry for all of the register entries,
and in particular for all those referenced by ASN.1. Ther register
entry gives the glyph, its encoding, and the name for each character in
the register entry, plus the escape sequence that invokes that register
entry.

As stated in Table 3, The defining registration numbers are listed in
'ISO International Register of Coded Character Sets to be used with Escape
Sequences'. You can purchase that document from ISO.
