[asterisk-users] random sections lost from call recording
We are using Record to monitor calls. We use this because it has the option of a max time in it's call. the problem is, and I'm not at all sure it is happening in record, the recordings have sections of the conversation missing, sometimes. there is not significant pattern as to the types of calls that are having this problem. It appears quite random. we are running this on asterisk 1.2.12. the record command in the extensions.conf file looks like : exten = 983,n,Record(/recordings/${CALLFILENAME}:wav|0| ${MAXDUR}|noanswer) Thanks Don Fletcher ___ --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com -- asterisk-users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
[asterisk-users] Error messages in console : sipsock_read: SIP MESSAGE JUST IGNORED:
I have googled this, and have come up with blanks. Someone told me it was a bug, and I read in one forum, that these errors were because of poorly configured .conf files, but, it gave no clue as to what are to look in. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Tony How can I tell if it is the genrtc clock module loaded? and how do I switch it to the rtc if it is? [asterisk-users] ztdummy
I've compiled ztdummy, following the directions on http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Asterisk+timer+ztdummy, and when I try to modprobe zt : #modprobe ztdummy FATAL: Error inserting ztdummy (/lib/modules/2.6.18-gentoo-r6/misc/ztdummy.ko): Input/output error FATAL: Error running install command for ztdummy I haven't been able to find any info on what the I/O error might be or how to resolve it. Any help would be appreciated. dmesg just says ztdummy: Unable to register zaptel rtc driver Thanks Don David Olsen wrote: On 2007-04-23 at 13:40:33, Don Fletcher [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: #modprobe ztdummy FATAL: Error inserting ztdummy (/lib/modules/2.6.18-gentoo-r6/misc/ztdummy.ko): Input/output error FATAL: Error running install command for ztdummy I haven't been able to find any info on what the I/O error might be or how to resolve it. Does dmesg tell you anything useful? Sometimes modules will output errors there. -d ___ --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com -- asterisk-users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users ___ --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com -- asterisk-users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
