[Asterisk-Users] Distinctive Ring availability on an IOS sip gateway
Does anyone know if a 2600 series router supports distinctive ring on an FXS as well as the alert message to send? ___ Asterisk-Users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
[Asterisk-Users] RTP Source IP Address
Does anyone know how to change the source IP address/Source Interface of RTP packets? Changing the SIP source IP address in sip.conf has no apparent impact on RTP. RTP traffic still uses the address assigned to the outbound interface. ___ Asterisk-Users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
[Asterisk-Users] Ring Voltage
Is there anyway to raise the ring voltage on a TDM400 runnning on *. An ATA 186 was able to ring an outdoor ringer just fine before I replaced it.
[Asterisk-Users] RTP Binding Address
Is there anyway to change the RTP binding address? I've changed the SIP binding address successfully but the setting doesn't seem to effect the RTP binding.
[Asterisk-Users] Ring voltage on a TDM400
I just replaced a Cisco ATA 186 with a TDM400 in Asterisk and I don’t have juice to get an outdoor bell to ring. Is there a setting to up the power?
[Asterisk-Users] Asterisks RTP source address binding
The question: Is it possible to change the RTP binding address? If no, does anyone have any ideas how to work around the problem? The network: 192.168.11.1 | < Asterisk > < Iptables > | \ Dynamic IP Address | | | / Static IP Address | 192.168.10.1 I am trying to get * to work on a Firewall/Nat router. Since the Internet side of the Asterisk/Router is dynamic, I tunnel all internal traffic across the VPN and switched the SIP binding addresses on both Asterisk (in sip.conf) and Cisco to the internal interfaces to force the traffic through the VPN. I can place a call from both sides OK but I can only hear voice originating from the Cisco. From some network sniffing it appears RTP traffic from Asterisk is using the external address so it doesn’t make it inside the VPN.
[Asterisk-Users] Error when loading wcfxo
I found similar posts regarding this error but none that answered my question. My zaptel.conf reads: fxsks=1-2 fxoks=3 loadzone=us defaultzone=us and /proc/interrupts: CPU0 0: 5542402 IO-APIC-edge timer 1: 2 IO-APIC-edge keyboard 2: 0 XT-PIC cascade 8: 3 IO-APIC-edge rtc 14: 72582 IO-APIC-edge ide0 16: 81197 IO-APIC-level eth0 17: 54874555 IO-APIC-level wcfxo 20: 54874082 IO-APIC-level wcfxo 22: 54174464 IO-APIC-level wctdm NMI: 0 LOC: 5542842 ERR: 0 MIS: 0 When I run modprobe wcfxo I get the following error: ZT_CHANCONFIG failed on channel 3: No such device or address (6) /lib/modules/2.4.26/misc/wcfxo.o: post-install wcfxo failed /lib/modules/2.4.26/misc/wcfxo.o: insmod wcfxo failed After running modprobe wcfxs, the asterisk machine runs fine and ztcfg doesn’t complain. I tried moving cards to different slots but the error didn’t go away. If I remark out the fxoks=3 line the error goes away If I reverse the load order in zaptel.conf and fire up the zaptel modules (in reverse), I stop getting the error. So my question is why does the wcfxo try to fire up my TDM400 and is this error a problem?
