Hello,

It seems you are discussing things that are not Asterisk related at
all. Unless I am missing something here.

There are plenty of other newsgroups to discuss whatever you want to
discuss. And people who want to spend time discussing your stuff. So
go to it. Have fun.

Well, Stephen, your shameless spam tactics had virtually guaranteed that I
would never, even if you paid ME, use your service or anything with which
you are affiliated. I doubt I am the only one. I even had to threaten you
with CAN-SPAM when you started in on me off-list.

-- Hello Gregory,

Since this this is an Asterisk mailing list and we discuss asterisk services
and related issues it would seem proper to notify people of our
new IAX termination service. You can delete or ignore my email if that makes
you feel better.

I have only ever seen you promote your company on this list, and nothing
else. You have nothing to offer anyone here besides annoyance, that I have
seen.

Now, if you find THAT hilarious, I hope you have a second job lined up...

They have their rates available at

It is not user-friendly, but their rates are posted. I prefer the rates
published in plain text, so I can copy/paste into my spreadsheet and
compare which one offers the best rate for a selected country... Also,
avoid visiting their page with a browser other than exploder... their
javascript is also not mozzila-friendly...

We will get around to doing another type of price list where its all
in one sheet. The link above is not complete. That could be a reason
for your error.

Please tell me what kind of error you are getting and what

Your rates page still has no useful information. Can you guys at least
put some rates up somewhere? That might encourage people to actually
sign up. I, for one, am not going to route any calls to somebody who
doesn't openly publish their rate schedule... seems like a recipe for a
 good screwing.

Rates page works just fine for me. Yeah it's a crappy javascript applet (a
plain CSV that says good as of mmdd, please contact us for current
rates with a list of all rates instead of making me pull down and play
mousey-mousey would be better), but it works just fine for me. And I don't
even run Windows...

[Asterisk-Users] IAX Worldwide Termination Service

2004-05-26 Thread Stephen Karrington
Hello,

We are proud to officially release our worldwide IAX termination
service. We offer IAX termination from any Asterisk
server or IAX softphone. With your own Asterisk server our system allows
you to send as many simultaneous calls as you want for termination
using only ONE Diamond account. This works well for call centers,
and medium to large PBX deployments. We have a really good reseller
program for all the Asterisk consultants out there. This is described on
the opportunity page at our www.diamondcard.us site.

Account signups can be done online with a valid credit card, e-gold.com or
goldmoney.com account. We have complete up to the second online call
traffic, billing statement and instant recharge features.

There are no monthly or signup fees. You prepay for your
minutes and thats it. You can get started for as little as $5.00.

We have a lot of other value added services that are available
with your account but I need to be brief here.

Our site is at www.diamondcard.us. For online support or sales questions
you can reach us on Yahoo messenger instant chat at
[EMAIL PROTECTED] or ICQ 36768098.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

2004-04-09 Thread Stephen Karrington
Well, I have a few things to discuss.

1. I need a few numbers for the UK and Germany to start. This is for one small project.

2. For my second project I need local access numbers in the major
markets. This is for our system at www.diamondcard.us. This is a VOIP
services MLM product.

Morning Asterikians,

I've just got my nice shiny quadBRI card, and it seems to be working
very well - except for one little issue - CallerID.

The card is currently connected to an ISDN2e line in P2P mode, and an S0
adapter on our existing alcatel PBX. The S0 connection recieves callerID
and displays it correctly - the 2e line doesn't, and BT have said that
CLID was enabled on the line two days ago. Does anyone have any pointers
on this?

My configuration is avaliable on request.

Thanks,

Jon

[Asterisk-Users] IAX2 International Termination

2004-03-24 Thread Stephen Karrington
Hello Everyone,

We are about to launch our International IAX2 worldwide termination
service from any IAX2 softphone. We would like people to make FREE calls
to the USA or Canada so we can check the stability of our platform. We
are allowing everyone to call the USA for free RIGHT NOW! You can make
calls to any land line phone or mobile phone in the USA and Canada!

The string to dial is: [EMAIL PROTECTED]/01510111

This is an example of calling a USA based number. If you want to call a
San Francisco number like 1-510-333- then the string to dial is:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]/01510333

We are doing this to test a few things and would like your feedback on
the following:

1. Call quality.
2. Server loading. We are wondering how many simultaneous calls we can
get on this server before it hits too high a load and affects the call
quality.

Please send any feedback on the call quality and your experience to
support AT diamondcard.us. This server is located in the East coast of
the USA. All users who are within that vicinity or even on the West
Coast should experience very good call quality. Callers from other parts
of the world will experience lesser quality depending on their location
and how good their internet connection is. We will be implementing
servers in Central Europe shortly for European callers to use our
service.

There might be some downtiime if we have to reconfigure the server to
handle issues that arise when people start calling.

Thanks for your feedback and have fun making calls to the USA!

Sincerely,

Stephen Karrington

[Asterisk-Users] Asterisk Compatible Hardware Components?

2003-12-28 Thread Stephen Karrington
Hello,

Can someone tell me which hardware components are compatible with the
system? If possible, a complete spec of a computer setup would be
preferable. I need to get two systems and would like to make sure the
hardware will work properly.

We would probably get a 2ghz single processor for the CPU.

Thanks.

RE: [Asterisk-Users] Asterisk Compatible Hardware Components?

2003-12-28 Thread Stephen Karrington

We are starting out with two ISDN lines. That is 4 phone lines in total.
We plan to expand up to 4 ISDN channels which is 8 phone lines in total.
The first 2 ISDN lines will have approximately 5-8 extensions. Any
suggestions on a softphone and physical phone would also be greatly
appreciated. We are located in Eastern Europe, which means some hardware
brands may not be too easy or economical to get.

Thanks.

S

Please let us know what you want to accomplish, and how large
 your telephone
configuration is. Are you supporting 4 channels, or 400?
 etc etc. Then
someone with that size configuration would be better able to
 assist you.

[Asterisk-Users] Compatible Components

2003-12-26 Thread Stephen Karrington
Hello,

I just joined this list and brand new to Asterisk. I am planning on
implementing Asterisk in two locations. Can someone tell me which
hardware components are compatible with the system? I don't want to make
a mistake on buying hardware only to find out something doesn't work. I
will have two isdn lines in one location for one install and buying a
new server for this. So any recommendations on equipment would be
greatly appreciated.

In addition, I am planning on 5-8 stations in the PBX to start and would
like to implement softphones instead of physical phones. Does anyone
have any experience with this kind of setup?

Another question is how would the system handle incoming calls to
Asterisk and route them to the softphones at each extension? I am
planning on using the Pro version of X-ten unless someone has a better
suggestion for this.

Thanks!

If anyone wants to contact me, my sip number is 94907.

Are you planning on hosting both locations from a single server?

Digium is your best bet for telephony boards www.digium.com

Why are you using ISDN lines?

Because that is what they have on a good deal and digital is probably
better than analog in Poland. Are analog lines better to go with for
this?

 Subject: [Asterisk-Users] Compatible Components

 Hello,

I just joined this list and brand new to Asterisk. I am
planning on implementing Asterisk in two locations. Can
someone tell me which hardware components are compatible with
the system? I don't want to make a mistake on buying hardware
only to find out something doesn't work. I will have two isdn
lines in one location for one install and buying a new server
for this. So any recommendations on equipment would be
 greatly appreciated.

In addition, I am planning on 5-8 stations in the PBX to
start and would like to implement softphones instead of
physical phones. Does anyone have any experience with this
 kind of setup?

Another question is how would the system handle incoming
calls to Asterisk and route them to the softphones at each
extension? I am planning on using the Pro version of X-ten
unless someone has a better suggestion for this.

 Thanks!

If anyone wants to contact me, my sip number is 94907.

 Sincerely,

 Stephen Karrington

Are you planning on hosting both locations from a single server?

Digium is your best bet for telephony boards www.digium.com

Why are you using ISDN lines?
