[asterisk-users] asterisk billing transferred calls
Hi, I'm looking for an application to show all the calls received/made including (this is very important!) transferred calls because I need to track all the time spent on the phone by all my employees. There is a list here but they are too many to try them all: http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+billing :) Any suggestions? Re: [asterisk-users] Asterisk Billing
the cdr analyzer should work for most of what you need. The call costs will be the hard part. If you know how much each type of call should cost (based on destination number, location, etc), then you could do the math on your own. But if you don't, then you'll have to wait for your provider to give you call detail back with the costs calculated. I'm in need of something that will allow me to analyze cdr details either via .csv or mysql that will give me call durations as well as call costs. This is so that we can see in what areas/staff are costing what per month/week on outbound phone calls. Can anyone recommend a system? I've looked at Asterisk CDR and while this works perfect it doesn't allow for actual call costs. I'm also looking at Astbill but not so sure if it will suit this application as that seems more for a provider -> end user and Astbill wants to control the workings/creating of users/peers or am I mistaken? [asterisk-users] Asterisk billing
I am having asterisk working with cdr mysql patch and freepbx for configurations . It stores all records in mysql tables and i can do further post paid billing myself . I am looking for a simple system that can show a user live call logs via web interface as per accountcode on sip extensions ( much like asterisk-stats ) but it should not show all logs at same time .. i need it as per accountcode ( like extension 777-999 has accountcode account1 so it would show only calls of this extension from mysql table ( on some php page ). I have seen astpp and other billing systems but i dont need that much functionality or complexity right now . Can someone suggest the easiest way to do this ?? ___ --Bandwidth and Colocation provided by Easynews.com -- asterisk-users mailing list To UNSUBSCRIBE or update options visit: http://lists.digium.com/mailman/listinfo/asterisk-users
[asterisk-users] Asterisk Billing Plataforms
Hi, before you start throwing shoes to me, i know there are a lot of Asterisk Billing plataforms, but actually no one seems to accomplish what i need. They are to complex (a2billing) or doesn't have too much documentation (astbill and mcc) or are poorly developed (trabas). What i was looking for is a simple Asterisk billing plataform (with web based admin and customer interface) that only calculates the time of a call and the cost. For example let's suppose that a local extension calls to a UK number. What i need to know is the duration, and the total money spent on that call based on a dynamic tariff DB. I'd like the plataform to use an AGI script because it's a kind of postpaid/prepaid system. There shouldn't be any kind of authentification when the number is dialed. The Account number will be passed to the AGI as a parameter ( AGI(agiscript.agi|) ) Somebody uses or used or is aware of something like this? -BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA1 I didn't want to bore everybody with the details but I'll try. :-) A few questions/comments: 1. Are you wanting invoices to print or email or do you want something that keeps track of a prepaid balance? We can do both. ASTPP itself will handle the second and I've been using OSCommerce for invoice generation and presentation. If needed, we can easily build invoice generation into ASTPP I just haven't gotten that far yet. I have a user who has done it who could probably be prevailed upon to share at least some of the code. 2. Account payments... ASTPP does not have the capability at present to process credit cards or Paypal. This is another which I have been using oscommerce for. You can sign up for a voip account and refill your account using our oscommerce plugin. If I missed something let me know. First of all... why don't you either load cdr_ODBC or cdr_MYSQL and save yourself the stress of loading the .csv file into a database. Now that that is done.. it's pretty trivial to write something to interface with your billing software that will look at minutes used and bill the customer. That is what we did... wrote our own. My french is not that good but I will definitely have a look and help where possible. Hi I have something like this but it's in french and it uses teh res_config Best regards Thierry wehr -Message d'origine- De : [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] De la part de Nabeel Jafferali Envoyé : mercredi 22 décembre 2004 22:57 À : asterisk-users@lists.digium.com Objet : [Asterisk-Users] Asterisk billing solution Hello. I am looking for a simple Asterisk billing solution. I expect about 50-100 users (a mix of IAX and SIP) through 3-5 outgoing providers (all IAX). I need something that can handle monthly fees and per call charges (depending on destination, obviously), and should provide a web interface for customers and administrators. Something that can tie in to one of the existing management GUIs would be a big plus.
