The first 5 secs of each Voicemail or IVR announcement is stuttered and u can hardly hear the sound. After that its ok.
Running TOP showed a high CPU usage on start up of the announcement as running command X??
Is this a PC CPU/RAM issue or something else related to Asterisk????
OS : Redhat v9 PC : AMD K2 512
