Are you *creating* the file in the /outgoing directory?
You should create it somewhere else and move it into /outgoing, to prevent
asterisk to find an incomplete file.

Thanks for your suggestion, but yes I am creating it elsewhere and moving it
in.
Does it always have a unique filename?
