It is really freaky, because the higher-number messages are messages that she thought she had deleted, and in her telling, Then, days or even weeks later, there the daggone thing is again. I haven't been able to get onsite to play, so I don't know if the voicemailmain app just presents the messages ahead of the numeric gap. But that would be my guess, given her explanation. Thx. B.
