I'm more curious of the 5xx HTTP error message you got. Who sent that if
you can't reach the web server?

To me, it sounds like your PC or network have a proxy somewhere, maybe even
a filtering
proxy.

Just guessing, but I can't remember receiving a 5xx gateway error.

It's mysterical.

Actually the NAT is not done in a cisco device.

But even if so, is there a solution?

Sounds like your ISP has you behind cisco nat, and its fixing up dns on
the outbound the wrong way.

And a little more investigation reveals that your ISP is caching some
very odd results:

root# host ns1.lj.net dns.inter.net.il
Using domain server:
Name: dns.inter.net.il
Address: 192.116.202.99#53
Aliases:

ns1.lj.net has address 192.168.168.3

That explains why it hasn't yet fixed its cache. Not only does it
have the DNS for voip-info.org wrong, it has the DNS for the parent
domain wrong, as well. And since ns1.lj.net is the only authoritative
server for lj.net, your ISP is never going to retrieve the correct
record. Might want to forward this to your ISP and request that the
DNS cache be purged. (I suspect that it's a technical violation of
the RFCs not to use the glue at the rootservers, but I don't feel like
looking that up right now.)

Well then a good thing you may want to do is quit using your ISPs DNS.
Either use a machine you set up and therefore isn't as broken as what
you are using right now, or find other less broken DNS servers that will
do lookups for you.

I noticed ns1.lj.net will do resolution for you. So will GTE's NS at
4.2.2.2, and I'm sure there are many other options around the world for
you.

Well, I've also tried it on 5 different DNS servers, two of which I

Olle.

I've been in the mailing list for a couple of weeks now.
Many threads are answered with links to your wiki.
Cause of the DNS problem I can't get there, no matter what.

Till this is resolved, are you able to provide me (and many others) the
legit IP address for the web server for me to put in my hosts file?
64.65.102.50

...and now the domain is back to only one DNS server...
Strange things are afoot.

Hello Javier,
If I understand you correctly, you want to translate the sound files
into Spanish?
There is information on the WIki about this, start with the page
on "Asterisk sound files" or the FAQ.
