After hours with Allison Smith, Voice of Asterisk

Some of you may want to listen to the after hours of the conference
where Allison called in. The first thing she said was I am not
muted!

Player at http://voipUsersConference.org

Full Mp3 downloads list: http://food4wine.ning.com/conference

A few ideas discussed later were the Rap song of remixed Allison (need
recording or her saying mutha!) and a new VOIP joke format, like the
Chuck Norris rage going around:

Chuck Norris doesn't need to forward ports for NAT... etc

Post your ideas here or take them to
http://groups.google.com/group/Voip-Users-Conference to avoid
bothering the serious asterisk users here ;)

Very cool. I may have to listen to it recorded, though. I'm not
available at that time.

So you are using talkshoe for the show? What inspired that decision?

Too bad, but you can listen to the roecording. Allison makes a guest
appearance, I'll upload that tomorrow. Just getting back from the
Asterisk dinner.

So you are using talkshoe for the show? What inspired that decision?

The responsiveness of the company. The fact that revenue is shared (I
loan proceeds to the third world entrepreneurs through Kiva.org). They
have a conference bridge that can do hundreds of calls. Who wants to
give away that much bandwidth? :)

Please feel free to join the site at http://food4wine.ning.com so you
can see what's going on.

best,

randy
